First configuration

First-run setup is split into First launch for the wizard and Configuration for .env.production and advanced launcher behaviour.

First launch

Use First launch for the Ligand-X launcher first-run flow and opening the app.

Use Configuration for .env.production, ports, worker concurrency, and launcher Start behaviour.
